Product Overview

StarMed's ward bed range covers everything from basic manual (hydraulic crank) single-section beds for district hospitals to fully electric 3- and 4-section beds with ergonomic hand controls for private and referral hospitals. All beds feature a robust powder-coated steel frame with castors and two-directional brakes, full-length collapsible side rails (EN 1970 compliant), an integrated IV pole socket, and a mattress platform suited for foam, foam-spring, or alternating pressure mattresses. Electric models offer head-up, knee-break, hi-lo height adjustment, and Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg positioning at the touch of a button.
