Product Overview

Automated haematology analysers are the cornerstone of any clinical laboratory. StarMed supplies both entry-level 3-part differential analysers suitable for smaller clinics and high-throughput 5-part differential units with up to 120 samples per hour for large referral laboratories. All analysers produce a full blood count (FBC) including WBC with differential, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT, and RDW. Flagging algorithms alert operators to suspected abnormal morphology for manual review. All units have bi-directional LIS connectivity via RS-232 and LAN, enabling seamless electronic results transmission to hospital information systems.
